2 hours concert of Blues, Swing and N'Orleans style music..With Harry Ellis and Phil Woodard and Terry Blankley! Raised in New Jersey, Harry Ellis has had a long and varied career playing and traveling with such artists as Helen Reddy, Gary Lewis & the Playboys, Maria Muldar, Tanya Tucker, Michelle Wright, and Carol Baker. He has performed in jazz festivals in Europe and Asia with Milt Hinton, Buddy Tate, Warren Vaché, Danny Moss, and Roy Williamson, and in Canada with Peter Appleyard, NormAmadio, Frank Wright, Michael Stewart, Bobby Fenton, George Koller, Hilario Duran, Luis Mario Ochoa, and Bill McBirnie to name but a few. Harry now resides in Prince Edward County and performs with Belleville’s The Commodores Orchestra.

I've just got to tell you all about these two bluesman I've just heard.

The first is Terry Blankley, a.k.a. Terry B. I've been diggin' his album,
"The Blues Daddy"... got some great blues... a cool sound! Very original
and very smooth! From what I gather, he's based in Oshawa. He sounds
great! Look for his music on my next playlist.

Hey Terry,
Yes I got the cd and I'm sorry to have been so slow in letting you know how much I enjoyed hearing you again after all these years. Ypu ar as soulful as they come. Great playing and singing. Some nice guitar players!! Good work on putting it all together--songwriting,playing,producing!!! It really took me back to our times playing together in Winnipeg and the road. I hope I can play/record with you before I leave the planet.
